This launch-stage notice describes the intended SimplPractice platform boundary and requires legal review before customer launch.
Information processed
The platform may process business contact details, authenticated user identifiers, practice configuration, locations, module settings, implementation status and security audit records.
Information prohibited
Do not submit patient identities, treatment or clinical information, insurance records, payment-card data, account passwords, API keys or other credentials.
Purpose
Configuration data is used to provision, administer, support and secure a practice workspace.
Review required
Retention, subprocessors, data rights, governing law and contact details must be approved by counsel before production customer onboarding.
