These are launch-stage operating terms and require legal approval before external customer use.

Permitted use

SimplPractice may be used to configure authorized practice workspaces and approved operational modules.

Prohibited data

The initial environment must not be used for protected health information, patient records, clinical data, payment-card data or credentials.

Authorized access

Users must use their own account, protect access methods and act only within practices they are authorized to administer.

No compliance representation

Availability of software features or security architecture does not by itself establish HIPAA or other regulatory compliance.
